• ½ Pound hot sausage
• 6 Onion buns, buttered and toasted

• 4 Peaches, sliced thick
• ¼ Head cabbage, finely sliced
• ½ Cup mayonnaise
• 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
• 4 Ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
