- 100 g Sweet Potato (net weight, Japanese sweet potato)
- 10 g Unsalted Butter
- 40 g Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Rum
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (36% fat)
- Milk (to adjust the consistency, optional)
- 4 slices Swiss Roll (packaged, 5cm/2” diameter, 3cm/1.2” thick, or sponge cake)
- 1 tbsp Syrup (substitute with syrup from the chestnut kanroni)
- 70 ml Heavy Cream (36% fat)
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 4 pieces Chestnut Kanroni (chestnuts simmered in syrup)
- Powdered Sugar (optional)
