• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 5 egg whites
• 2 c (227g) powdered sugar, sifted
• 1/4 tsp fine salt
• orange juice from 1 navel orange (about 1/4 c (57g))
• 2 Tbsp (43g) apricot jam
