• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1/ 2 cup canola oil
• 1/ 4 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Lime Icing:
• 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
• 1-3 tablespoons lime juice
