Pavlova with Sugared Cranberries | The Fancy Pants Kitchen

Ingredients

• December 20, 2023
• 4 large egg whites, at room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar, slightly pulsed in a food processor (see Chef’s Notes)
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 1 lemon wedge to wipe the bowl and whisk attachment
• 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Clementine wedges and Sugared Cranberries to decorate
• Blueberry jam or compote (see Chef’s Note)
