Chicken Stir Fry – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic Crush olive oil
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lb asparagus stalks trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups assorted bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
• 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons Fustini's Sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
