Ingredients

• 500 g potatoes, cut into chunks, boiled and mashed
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
• 125 ml (½ cup) maas
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 500 ml (2 cups) low fat milk
• 250 ml smoked haddock
• 200 g hake fillet
• 1 onion, halved
• 1 bay leaf
• 4 cloves
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 leeks, chopped
• 45 ml (3 tbsp) cake flour
• 80 g peas
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped
• Zest of 1 lemon
