Spaghetti with Lobster

Ingredients

• 1 x 600g lobster, cooked
• 3 tbsp good olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, finely sliced
• 250g ripe plum tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
• 400g spaghetti
• A bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 1 small red chilli, diced
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
