Ingredients: 8 -10 Chops; 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera; 1& ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Masala; 1 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper; Little Mixed herbs; 1 teaspoon Vinegar; Add 2 tablespoon Butter or ghee (Clarified butter); Add 1 Small grated onion; 1 Cinnamon Stick; 1 small Green chilli; Add 1 Small grated Tomato; Allow to cook till soft; Add 1 teaspoon of each Worcestershire, Mayo mustard and tomato sauces; ½ Cup of Cream; All the Chops with the gravy; Add Steamed Sweet corn cobs; And Fried Potato Wedges; Add few Fried Strips of Robot Peppers
