Ingredients

• 8 cups soft pretzels cut into bite sized pieces.
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 cup celery, diced
• 1 cup carrots, diced
• 4 tbsp butter
• ½ tbsp sage
• ½ tbsp thyme
• ½ tbsp rosemary
• 5 cups chicken broth
• ¼ cup Silver Spring Stone Ground Mustard (can be substituted with Silver Spring Deli or Dijon Mustard)
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
