Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 15 graham crackers
• 6 T melted butter
• 1/4 c granulated sugar
• 4, 8 oz packages cream cheese
• 1-1/2 c confectioners sugar
• 1 c plain Greek yogurt
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 t lemon juice
• 1 t cinnamon
• 8 oz container Cool Whip
• 2 apples, washed
• Caramel sauce, at room temperature
• 1/2 c peanuts, chopped
