• 1 cup oil
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp ginger (grated)
• 3 large onions (finely sliced)
• 3 sliced bullet green chilli
• 3 large tomatoes (sliced)
• 1 & 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper (heaped)
• 2 tsp crushed red chilli
• 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds (crushed)
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds (crushed)
• handful fresh coriander
• 1 & 1/2 inch ginger (Juliann cut)
• 6 green chilli
