Ingredients

• 2 c cubed chicken or steak (I used steak)
• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 tomato grated
• 2 tablespoons yoghurt
• 2 c frozen mixed veg
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon butter
• ¼ c water
• Potatoes:
• 4 baby potatoes cubed
• Oil for frying
• Aromatfine red chillies
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• ¼ Cucumber chopped
