Ingredients

• 2 medium grapefurit (peeled and segmented)
• 2 tablespoons red oinon (minced)
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
• 1/4 cup cucumber (peeled and diced)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 2 teaspoons jalapeno (seeded and minced)
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 8 corn torillas
• 1 pound flakey white fish (such as tilapia or catfish)
• 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 cups romaine lettuce (shredded)
