Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Butter (I prefer the 8 oz block of Plugra unsalted butter)
• 3 cups Sugar
• 6 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vanilla flavoring many people use almond flavoring, but I prefer vanilla
• 3 cups cake flour (I prefer Swan’s) sifted
• 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
• 1/4 tbs. Salt
• 1/2 pint Sour cream
