• 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Poblano chiles
• 8 Anaheim green chiles
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 jalapeño
• 1 cup chicken stock
