Cookie Snax – Itinerant Chef

Ingredients

• 2 tbs granulated sugar
• 2 tbs brown sugar ((light or dark))
• 2 tbs Flour (Gluten free works too, no need for xanthan)
• 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tbs whipping cream or evaporated milk
• 1 egg yolk from a large egg
• 1/4 tsp flavoring of choice (Vanilla, or other extract)
• 2 tbs Butter (melted and cooled )
• 3/4 cup Crispy or crunchy something (Finely Chopped)
