- 1 cup packed finely chopped fresh spinach
- ⅓ cup finely crumbled Ricotta
- ⅓ cup Mascarpone cheese
- ⅓ cup crushed garlic-butter croutons
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
