Ingredients

• 4 large savoy cabbage leaves
• 1 shallot
• 1 small bunch of parsley
• 250 g minced beef
• 1 tsp mustard
• 0.5 tsp coarsely ground pepper
• 6 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
• 4 large tomatoes
• 1 small onion
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 200 ml vegetable stock
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• pinch of sugar
• pinch of gingerbread spice (or a little ground cinnamon and ginger)
