Gingerbread Cookies - Miz En Place

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup margarine (softened)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp water
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 tbsp white sugar (to roll cookies in before baking)
