• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
• 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
• 1 teaspoon Paul Prudhomme Meat Magic Seasoning Blend or other meat seasoning blend
