- 4 pieces of Hiland Dairy Mild Cheddar, cut lengthwise to approximate the size of a piece of string cheese
- 12 slices of deli ham, thin cut
- 12 pretzel sticks
- Lay each cheese stick on 3 slices of ham.
- Roll up the cheese in the ham.
- Slice into sections and secure with pretzel sticks.
- Serve immediately or microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften the cheese.
