• Red cabbage finely shredded

• Red pepper sliced
• Handful chopped parsley
• Handful coriander leaves
• Handful mint leaves
• ¼ cup veg Oil
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 - 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon honey or to taste
• Handful almonds chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ teaspoon aleppo pepper OR crushed red chillies
• ¼ teaspoon crushed black
