• ½ kg tenderized filliet steak cut into thin strips
• 1 tablespoon red chillie ginger garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon red chillie garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon coarse red chillie
• ¼ teaspoon crushed green chillie
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup steers steakmaker marinade
• ¼ cup Pakco Chilli Sauce
• ¼ cup Heinz tomatoe sauce
• ¼ cup Steers Mustard
• ¼ cup Wellingtons Sweetchilli sauce
