Steak Stir Fry recipe by Shameema

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce and 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• ¼ onion OR 3 spring onions, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, grated
• Tiny piece of ginger, sliced finely
• 1 green chilli
• ½ red pepper, sliced
• ½ green pepper, sliced
• 1 pack baby corn, chopped into thumb-sized pieces
• 1 carrot, julienned
• Fresh dhania (coriander), chopped
• ⅓ cup water
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup vinegar
• ⅛ cup BBQ sauce
• ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoons cornflour
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder (or more, to taste)
