Ingredients

• 2 packs of Indomie Special Chicken Noodles
• 2 spring onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts seperated)
• 4 mushrooms, finely sliced
• 2 tsp ginger, grated
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp sweet Thai chilli sauce, adjust to your liking
• 4 cups water
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 100g ham, diced
• 1 dozen cooked dumplings
• 2 eggs sunny side up
