Christmas Tree Pull-Apart Appetizer

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 10 ounce package baby spinach ((about 5-6 cups))
• 1/2 large sweet yellow onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 heaping tablespoon Knorr vegetable soup mix OR ranch dressing mix
• 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 4-5 pieces bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
• 2 shets of puff pastry or 2 sheets of refrigerated pizza dough
• 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic salt or seasoning salt of your choice
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes OR 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
