Classic Stromboli - DeLallo

Ingredients

• 1 (17.6-ounce) DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit (yields 2 large stromboli)
• Kosher salt
• 1 1/4 cups warm water
• 1/4 cup DeLallo Pizzeria-Style Pizza Sauce
• 3 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella, divided
• 1 pound thin sliced assorted DeLallo Italian Meats (we used pepperoni, soppressata and calabrese), divided
• Egg wash: 1 large egg, whisked with 1 tablespoon water
• Optional topping: choice of Italian seasoning & DeLallo Grated Parmesan
• For serving: warmed DeLallo Pizzeria-Style Pizza Sauce
