Jamaican Oxtails – Igotchu Seasonings

Ingredients

• 2 ½ pounds oxtails
• 1 T worcestershire sauce
• 1 T soy sauce
• 1 T white sugar
• 1 tsp browning sauce (kitchen bouquet)
• 1 T igotchu oxtail seasoning
• 2 tsp Igotchu onion garlic pepper
• 2 T vegetable oil
• 3 cups low sodium beef broth
• 2 carrots thinly sliced
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1 onion chopped
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 1 scotch bonnet pepper
• 1 bunch fresh thyme
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 T butter
