Turkey Taco Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 tspn olive oil
• 2 pounds ground turkey
• 1 cup onion chopped
• 1/2 tspn cumin ground
• 1/2 tspn Dried oregano
• 3 10 oz Enchilada sauce
• 1 11oz frozen corn
• 1/4 c fresh cilantro chopped
• 1 tbspn lime juice or cider vinegar
• 1 can chipotle chile in adobe sauce
• 3 c tort chips crushed up
• 8 oz cheddar shredded
