• 2 pieces ginger (minced)
• 500 grams onions (minced)
• 12 mint leaves
• 1/2 cup coriander leaves
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• salt and chilli powder to taste
• 1 cup ghee
• 1/4 saffron essence
