Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (or in my case spelt flour); 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® Pizza Crust Yeast; 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 2/3 cup very warm water 120 to 130°F; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1/2 cup pizza sauce or more to taste; 1-2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; your favorite toppings (You will need 6 oz. sliced black olives, a slice of salami, and a mini bell pepper to decorate as shown.)
