• 400 ml lukewarm water
• 1 pack of yeast
• 4 tbsp olive oil

• 12 dl plain flour

• 200 ml sour cream
• 1 l chanterelles
• 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
• Salt and pepper
• Good-quality cured ham
• 4 spring onions, chopped
• Grated parmesan
• Fresh thyme
