• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 pinch dried thyme
• SALAD
• 4 cups baby spinach
• 2 ripe pears, core removed, sliced thin
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1 large shallot, sliced thin
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
