- 350g caster sugar
- 220g plain flour
- 30g cornflour
- 20g baking powder
- 170g cold, cubed butter
- 240ml cold milk
- 180ml liquid egg whites
- 10ml almond extract
- 5ml vanilla extract
- assorted food gel, blue, pink, green, yellow
- a little butter and flour to grease the tins
- 300g full fat cream cheese
- 300g icing sugar
- 250ml double cream
- 10ml vanilla extract
- mini eggs, edible flowers to decorate
