Ingredients

• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 cup beer, (Blue Moon)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1-1/2 cups colby jack cheese, (shredded*)
• 1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, (shredded*)
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, (optional)
• salt & pepper to taste
