• ¼ cup coconut sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of cardamom
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• pinch of sea salt
• ¾ cups mixed California Giant Berries - raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
• Juice and zest of ¼ orange
• 1¼ teaspoon chia seeds
