• 3/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Lemon zest, from 1/2 lemon
• Powdered sugar, for dusting
