Lemon Bars - Recipe - Stew Share

Ingredients

• For the Crust:
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, diced and chilled
• 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
• 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar, plus more for garnish
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• For the Filling:
• 2 large eggs, plus 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, sifted
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 2 large or 3 small lemons) **I actually only needed one lemon to get enough!
