• 1 block Bothwell Marble Cheddar ( 170g , 540g )

• 280g store bought pizza dough
• ¼ cup alfredo sauce
• 1 Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
• ½ cup caramelized onions
• ½ cup Bothwell Mozzarella or Bothwell Lactose-Free Mozzarella, grated
