• 3 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
• 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5lb)
• .25 cup olive oil
• .5 lb mushrooms, halved
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 1 carrot, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced and divided
• .25 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
• 3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh sage
• .5 tsp pepper
• .5 cup dry white wine
• 1 cup 35% heavy cream
• 4 plum tomatoes, diced
• 4 cups packed spinach
• .25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• .25 cup chopped fresh basil
• .33 cup fresh bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• .25 tsp dried oregano
