Coffee Cannoli Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
• 3 cups sugar
• 6 large eggs
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• Mascarpone Filling (recipe follows)
• 1 (16-oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
• Garnish: grated bittersweet chocolate
