Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 ½ tablespoons DeLallo Instant Espresso Coffee Powder
• 2 ½ sticks (1 ¼ cups) butter
• 1 ¼ cups sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs, plus 1 yolk
• 9 ounces vanilla yogurt
• 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chunks
• Glaze:
• 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• ¾ cup heavy cream
