• 2.25 c all purpose-flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 16 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1.5 c dark brown sugar
• 1/4 c granulated sugar
• 1 large egg + 1 additional yolk. All at room temperature
• 1 tbs vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 c toasted pecans or walnuts (Optional)
