Ingredients

• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
• 3/4 teaspoon dark brown sugar, you can use any sugar here, this is just what I like to use
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• water, warm or lukewarm
• egg wash
• pizza sauce, to your liking
• shredded mozzarella cheese, to your liking
• sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese
• 20g cream cheese block, broken on top
