Pork Chops with Wild Rice – WLDS

Ingredients

• 1 med onion, minced
• 1 c finely chopped celery
• 1 green pepper, chopped fine
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 c milk
• 1 (4 oz) jar mushrooms, not drained
• 1 c wild rice
• 6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
• 2 T drippings
• salt & pepper
• 1 can mushroom soup
