Michelada with house made sangrita

Ingredients

• Kosher salt
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 ounces sangrita
• 1 12-oz bottle of Mexican beer
• ½ chile ancho, toasted and seeds removed
• ½ chile de arbol, toasted
• 3 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
• 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• 3 ounces fresh celery juice
• 3 counces fresh carrot juice
• 4 ounces tomato juice
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon yellow onion
• Kosher salt to taste
