- 1 to 2 large onions, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 and 1/2 pounds ground meat
- 1 (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
- 1 (26-ounce) jar Gefen Marinara Sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 (1-pound) box spaghetti (I use whole wheat)
