Homemdae Kfc Style Chicken recipe by Thecooksisterblog

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut into pieces (I took 1 chicken ½ kilo drumsticks)
• 1 tablespoons garlic
• 1 heaped teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon peri peri spice
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teasp barbecue spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon celery salt
• ½ cup buttermilk
• ½ cup yogurt
• ½ cup self raising flour
• ½ cup cake flour
• Dash of Aromat (a South African Spice)
• Dash of chicken spice
• Dash of barbecue
