Vanilla & Maple Sprinkle Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 240 g plain flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 80 g coconut oil (melted into liquid)
• 180 ml maple syrup
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 115 g vanilla plant based yoghurt (I used coconut)
• 60 ml soy milk
• 110 g vegan butter
• 180 g icing sugar (make sure it's vegan)
• 1 tbsp soy milk (if needed)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
